Everyone likes people who say "yes" .Unfortunately, at times you have to say "no".

Saying "no" does not have to be an arduous,unpleasant ordeal.It can be a direct statement of your thoughts and desires, delivered honestly and professionally.Here are smoe way to say "no" gracefully:



  • Prepare people for bad news.

  • Leave no room for doubt.

  • Look on the bright side.

  • Lets facts speak.

  • Offer alternatives.

  • Do it in person.
